The Yemeni community in Turkey honored the Nas Society for Social Support, where Dr. Abdulwasi Al-Wasai, Secretary General of the Society, received the honorary shield.
During the ceremony held by the Yemeni community in Istanbul to honor the participants of the SANED campaign launched by the community to help those affected by the Yemeni community in Turkey due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
It is worth noting that Nas Society for Social Support was among the associations contributing to alleviating the burden on the affected members of the Yemeni community in Turkey during the Corona virus pandemic.
The shield was handed over to Hajj Abdulwasi Hayel, head of notables and social personalities in Turkey, and Dr. Ahmed Al-Uqbi, vice president of the Yemeni community in Turkey.
The ceremony was attended by a number of dignitaries, social personalities, associations and institutions operating in Turkey, as well as a large gathering of volunteers, contributors and supporters of the SANED campaign.
