on Wednesday 02/06/2021 as a positive and fruitful visit by the President of NAS society for social support, Dr. Yahya Hassan Al-Daba, Secretary-General of the Association, Dr. Abdulwasi Al-Wasei, to the NGO Forum- Konya (Sivil Toplum Kuruluşları Platformu) during which they met with Prof. ENDER KUTLU, to establish new relations between the association and the forum. They aim to cooperating in the various fields of goodness in pursuit of integration and consolidation of the relationship between the association and the forum in one hand and between the association and the member associations on the other hand.
At the beginning of the meeting, Prof. ENDER KUTLU welcomed the delegation of the association, expressing his admiration for the works and projects of the association. Then the projects and mechanism of the association’s work in the humanitarian field, societal, and other aspects were explained. The impact of the association’s projects on the needy community in Turkey and the targeted countries were shown in detail.
In conclusion, the Forum was thanked for the hospitality by the delegation. Moreover, the two parties expressed their desire to establish permanent relations and communication. The two parties agreed to strengthen the relationship with members of the Forum through future meetings to shed light on the humanitarian needs of some areas under joint work. It should be noted that Konya NGO Forum includes more than 120 NGOs and associations.
